Port Jackson, as it was originally called by Captain Cook and the First Fleet Settlers was not recognised for its importance to the establishment of the Colony of New South Wales, this far flung British enterprise that was to become in just over one hundred years, Australia.
Now commonly known to Sydney-siders as Sydney Harbour the entrance of which is flanked by two impressive headlands, North Head and South Head.

Shipping & Delivery
- We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible. Actual delivery time depends on many factors we have no control over. We will send you a tracking number for your parcel.
- We do not profit from shipping. Whether we're shipping your order within Australia or internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package.
- When your order arrives at your international shipping destination (in a country other than Australia), import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees may be charged. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges and to clear the package from customs.

Refunds & Returns
- Your satisfaction is important to us. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product/s we will gladly accept it/them back for a refund. You can return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for full refund/Credit (less shipping charges) subject to "Return Conditions"
- If an item is defective, damaged in shipping or you have received a wrong product, we will pay for the return. We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for you with instructions for sending the item via a carrier of our choice.
- There is no restocking fee for returns.
- If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping or is lost (has not been delivered to you), we will issue a refund for you.
- Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than Violetta Kurbanova, such as customs or brokerage fees.
