This Shipping Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.
We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible. Please CONTACT US should you have any questions in regards to your order shipping.
We use Australia Post to ship our products. In some cases, we may use other carriers. Please contact us if you want to use a carrier of your choice.
We do not profit from shipping. Whether we're shipping your order within Australia or internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package.
We offer FREE Shipping if your shipping address is within Australia.
For International orders shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight/size of the items you are purchasing and shipping address. We offer FREE Shipping promotions for international orders from time to time. If it’s available, you will see it on a product’s page.
Note that we usually buy insurance to cover a lost or shipping damage. You do NOT pay for it. It’s at our expense.
When your order arrives at your international shipping destination (in a country other than Australia), import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees may be charged.
It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges and to clear the package from customs. These charges vary by country. In some locales, customs fees and taxes can be significant.
Please note that packages cannot be re-routed to another address once it has been sent. For this reason, please make sure that your delivery address is 100% accurate when placing your order.
Delivery Time is dependent on availability. Every product detail's page will show an "Availability" value similar to "Usually Ships in 2-3 days".
For example, some items will be shipped within 48 hours, others in a week, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products).
The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.
Please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days (excludes weekends & public holidays). For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the carriers are closed.
Additionally, delivery time excludes time in customs if applicable, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our carrier’s control.
Domestic orders (within Australia) can be shipped to PO Box or Locked Bag. International orders can be shipped to a PO Box, but we are unable to ship to some address types and will contact you if this is the case.
Once sent, a package tracking number will be emailed to you. In order to check on the status of your delivery, you will need to go to the Australia Post website.
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
