If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product/s we will gladly accept it/them for a refund. You can return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for full refund/Credit (less shipping charges) subject to "Return Conditions".

Items must be returned in unused, untested, unworn, unwashed condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included (if any).
Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents.
Return Shipping Fees
If an item is defective, damaged in shipping or you have received a wrong product, we will pay for the return. We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label for you with instructions for sending the item via a carrier of our choice.
In following cases: - you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, - found it cheaper somewhere else, - decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it, you are responsible for return shipping and may use a carrier of your choice.
There is no restocking fee for returns.
Because our products are unique or even “one-of-a-kind”, we may not have the product you bought in stock. Therefore, normally we do NOT offer exchanges. We do, however, offer Full Refund & Return (subject to conditions of this Policy).
Product Refunds/ Credits
We will be happy to issue a refund/ credit to you providing the Return Conditions are met. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, a refund will be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned product and the value of missing items, if any. No refunds will be issued before the product is received and evaluated by us.
Shipping Refunds. - We do not offer refunds for shipping charges, including but not limited to Domestic or International shipping. - Shipping charges on returns in the case when you pay them are not refundable.
Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than Violetta Kurbanova, such as customs or brokerage fees.
Refunds In Case Of Shipping Damage or Lost item
If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping or is lost (has not been delivered to you), we will issue a refund for you.
An insurance claim has to be filed and finalized before we pay the refund. Read "Lost or Damaged items as a Result of Shipping" section for more details.
Lost or Damaged items as a Result of Shipping
In most cases, when we ship our products we buy insurance to cover a lost or damage caused by a carrier. In such unfortunate event, we need your help to make a claim.
If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping: - DO NOT discard the shipping carton and packaging to facilitate the investigation process if necessary. - Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to initiate a claim. - You have to irrevocably assign in writing our right to claim (the document will be provided), - Provide us with other documents or information to help us to make a claim.
We do not accept returns or refunds for customised or personalised orders.
